Attention should be paid to the use of diamond saw blades

Before using it, check whether the diamond saw blade is damaged or severely deformed. If it is damaged, it is strictly prohibited to use it. Check whether there are dirty things on the chuck of the cutting machine. If there is something to be cleaned and then installed, whether the main shaft bearing or the sleeve is badly worn. If the wear is serious, replace the new sleeve.

When installing the diamond saw blade, the installation direction should be the same as the indicated direction, and the inconsistent direction is easy to cause the phenomenon of inability to cut.

If it is a dry-cut saw blade during use, it should be idle for a few seconds every 10 to 15 seconds during dry-cutting. This will allow time to cool the saw blade, and the cutting effect will be better.

During the cutting process, you cannot use curved cutting or side friction. Curved cutting and side friction can easily cause saw blade cracks.

If you are cutting at an angle, do not cut too deep. Pay attention to safety when cutting. Do not keep your body on the same plane as the saw blade, and stop immediately if you hear an abnormal sound during the cutting process. Cut and check whether the saw blade is worn, if there is a problem, it must be resolved in time.
