Classification of diamond tools

With the development of the grinding industry, diamond tools have also been widely used. Diamond tools, as the name suggests, are tools that use diamond particles or fine powder as a binder. There are many types of tools, which can be divided into the following categories:

1) Abrasives. Mainly including diamond grinding wheels, rollers, rollers, edging wheels, grinding discs, etc .;

2) Sawing tool. Mainly saw blades, including row saws, wire saws, tube saws, band saws, wire saws, etc.;

Diamond tools have the characteristics of high strength, good toughness and high efficiency. They have more outstanding advantages than resin and ceramic bonding agents. Therefore, they are more and more widely used, especially sawing, drilling, and trimming tools. There is no substitute for materials.
