Matters needing attention in choosing diamond cutter head

1. Processing objects: According to different processing objects, select the saw blades for stone, concrete, ceramic tile, and marble.

2. Sawing equipment: select diamond blade according to the sawing equipment. If the power of the equipment is large, wear-resistant saw blades can be used to ensure its life. If the power of the equipment is small, sharp products can be selected to ensure its cutting efficiency.

For cutting machines with deflection or poor accuracy, it is best to choose wear-resistant saw blades. For newer cutting machines with good accuracy, sharp saw blades can be used.

3. Geometric size: refers to the size and type of the saw blade selected according to the specifications and quality requirements of the cutting material. For example, the diameter of a diamond saw blade should generally be three times larger than the workpiece to be cut.

At the same time, the structure of the saw blade is selected according to the requirements of processing accuracy, that is, when the sawing surface is smooth or thin, fragile materials are processed, narrow groove or continuous tooth saw blades should be used. On the contrary, the sawing surface requirements are not high or relatively high. For thick materials, wide slot saw blades can be used.

When choosing a diamond head, be sure to pay attention to the three aspects mentioned above: the processing object, sawing equipment, and geometric dimensions. Store the purchased products well, or they will produce rust spots and cannot be used.
