Problems of when using flap discs

Any flap disc has its certain use and wear requirements. If the wear condition reaches a certain level, it must be replaced a new one. It's wrong to save materials and not used in accordance with the wear requirements, which is a very unsafe violation. Generally, when the flap disc wears to a diameter 10mm larger than the diameter of the chuck, it should be replaced with a new one.

Validity issues:

The new flap disc obtained from the warehouse is disqualified flap disc, and even the new flap disc purchased from the manufacturer may be disqualified flap disc. Any flap disc has its validity, If it is used within the validity, it is a qualified flap disc; if it is used beyond its validity, it may be disqualified flap disc. The regulations said that "the flap disc should be used within the validity period, and the resin and rubber bond flap disc must be subjected to a rotation test after storage for one year before it can be used".

Cracks issues:

If cracks are found in the flap disc during use, stop using it immediately and replace it with a new one, so as to avoid flap disc breakage accidents.
